Outpatient and In-Home Rehabilitation
Brain injury survivors who do not require inpatient rehabilitation, or who need extended therapy after an inpatient stay, can continue their rehabilitation program with CarePartners Home Health therapy services or at one of our five conveniently located outpatient clinics.
Support Groups for Teens and Adults
The WNC Brain Injury Support Network offers support to teens and adults with brain injuries.
Meetings are on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 6–8 p.m.
