From inpatient rehabilitation to home care, our team will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan to return you the highest possible level of function and independence.

24-hour Medical Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation

CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation with skilled physical, occupational and speech therapists as well as 24-hour medical care to help speed your recovery.

Outpatient and In-Home Rehabilitation

  • Outpatient Rehabilitation –Five conveniently located clinics with qualified therapists to help you regain strength, mobility, balance and endurance
  • Home Health Therapy – Therapy and care at home, starting within 48 hours of your discharge from an acute care hospital and continuing based on your needs

Your program might include traditional physical, occupational and speech therapies, along with specialized programs especially for stroke survivors, including:

  • Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) – An intensive therapy that helps increase ability and use of a weakened arm or hand
  • Neurodevelopment Treatment (NDT) approach
  • NMES for Dysphagia – Neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy including VitalStim® to help patients who have difficulty swallowing (dysphagia)

  • WalkAide®– A non-invasive device that can help patients who have drop foot to walk without a brace
